Distance learning creates many new learning opportunities

Bishop Flaget Mandarin students pose with their teachers who are stationed at Bishop Hartley in Columbus. Students communicate with their teachers each day through the distance learning equipment at Bishop Flaget School. The program is quite a success, and we look forward to continuing the program next year.

In order to sustain the program beyond the grant period, we are looking for sponsors of the program as well as individuals and businesses interested in renting the video conferencing equipment. Bishop Flaget School is proud to offer our distance learning and video conferencing equipment to the community for use in business and educational pursuits. The video conferencing equipment at Bishop Flaget can provide your business with the opportunity to present needed educational workshops without the added cost of travel and accomodations. Our equipment can be used for workshops, video conferences, long distance interviews, and many other communication needs. The equipment is available for rent both during and after school hours, based on availability.

Rental Cost:

$50 Setup Fee

$100 First Hour Rental

$75 Rental Each Additional Hour

Our room can accomodate 20-30 individuals for workshops and training. We can also provide food service for groups for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
